For those flying into Rome, you’re likely going to want to take the train to one of the train stations and probably walk from there.

We LOVE Florence! If you take the train or metro there from the airport, you’re going to want to get off at the Santa Maria Novella Train Station in Firenze (Florence).

Our purpose for this trip was to see if this was an area we’d want to live in, when we retire in Italy.
